Christopher Palmer is the vice president of Information Technology for Retail Branding and Information Solutions for Avery Dennison Corporation. He was appointed to his current position in October 2011.

In his role, Christopher is responsible for setting the strategic direction for Information Technology for RBIS and product IT leadership in support of RBIS’ strategic goals. He also works closely with corporate IT in setting the overall strategy for IT across Avery Dennison.

Christopher developed an extensive background in the Information Technology industry prior to joining Avery Dennison with more than 15 years of global ERP implementation experience, including global supply chain integrations. He joined Avery Dennison after spending six years at Time Warner, Inc. where he served as vice president and group information officer for Warner Bros. Entertainment, Inc. He was responsible for worldwide IT service delivery. Prior to Time Warner, Inc., Christopher spent eight years at Colgate-Palmolive Company, where he served as associate director, Global Demand Chain Development and led the global Marketing and Sales IT strategy.

Christopher has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Public Relations from Thomas College in Waterville, Maine.
