Prior to his current position, Michael was the chief financial officer for GE Optimization and Control, a $1.3 billion global business within GE Energy Services. Overall, Michael spent 14 years at General Electric, where he began his finance career in their intensive three-year Financial Management Program. Prior roles held at GE included: Global FP&A leader, GE Consumer and Industrial; Commercial Finance leader, GE Appliances, and five years on the GE Corporate Audit Staff (Associate Auditor through Executive Audit Manager).
Michael graduated from the University of Vermont with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (finance concentration).
